Restoration, Atlanta

We were approached by a client who bought a 1920’s Dutch Colonial Revival house in one of the original suburbs of Atlanta. From the beginning of the design process, restoration and starting from scratch were definite courses of conversation. We wanted to bring in more of a colonial element of ordered lines with structure that would focus on the architecture of the house by bringing the garden to a more human scale with of course as much year round color as possible.
